When Paper Leads on Over the Roll "A" and Operator is Facing Roll |

1. Right chuck (right hand thread) is attached to shaft b on operator's
left hand side. |

| 1. Expansion nut D1 in direction of arrow 2. Clamping bolt C1 3. Expansion nut D2 in direction of the arrow 4. Clamping bolt C2 |
|
| 4. When removing chucks, reverse the operation | |
Note: Nut D1 and D2 should move closer
to clamping bolts C1 and C3 when the above directions are followed |

| 1. Right chuck (right hand thread) is attached to shaft B
on operator's left hand side. 2. Left chuck (left hand thread) is attached to shaft B on operator's right hand side. 3. With paper roll or core in place tighten: |

| 1. Expansion nut D1 in direction of the arrow 2. Clamping bolt C1 3. Expansion nut D2 in direction of the arrow 4. Clamping bolt C2 |
|
It is absolutely essential at all times
to tighten expansion nut in the direction the paper is unwinding. |
|
Nut D1 and D2 should move closer to clamping
bolt C1 and C2 when above directions are followed |
